Tallman Pools of Nederland

Tallman Pools of Nederland is a pool service business in Nederland, TX. It operates as part of Tallman Pools, an American family-owned and operated manufacturer of one-piece fiberglass swimming pools. The company has over 60 years of experience in the swimming pool industry and has delivered pools to more than 50,000 families. Tallman Pools offers an extensive selection of over 60 models of pools, spas, and tanning ledges. The business provides a 50-year structural warranty that covers the pool's structural integrity for five decades. Fiberglass pools are noted for their durability, low maintenance requirements due to a smooth, non-porous surface that resists algae, and faster installation times compared to gunite or vinyl options. They also retain heat naturally, which can lower energy costs.

The company began in the 1960s when Ellsworth Tallman built a backyard pool for his children using a steel wall and vinyl liner kit. Encouraged by the success of this project, he started a small home-based business selling inground liner pools to local families. As demand grew, he opened his first factory to manufacture the original Tallman liner and steel wall pools. The business has evolved from that initial family project into a leader in fiberglass pool design and manufacturing, expanding its offerings to include spas and tanning ledges while maintaining its focus on craftsmanship and customer service. Tallman Pools holds a 4.40 rating from customers who have reviewed the business.
