Texas Patios Plus

Texas Patios Plus is a foundation repair and outdoor living contractor in Midlothian, TX. The company builds pools, patios, pergolas, pavilions, and outdoor kitchens, and designs and constructs complete backyard spaces from bare grass to finished project. It serves homeowners across Midlothian, Mansfield, Waxahachie, Cedar Hill, and Arlington. The business holds a rating of 4.90 from customer reviews.

Texas Patios Plus assigns one project developer to each job, and that same person who walks the yard and writes the plan runs the build and answers calls. The process begins with a free in-home consultation where a project developer gathers measurements and photos, discusses budget and expectations, and reviews photos of similar projects. A proposal with an exact quote follows, typically within about a week, and the developer meets in person to go over it. After a contract is signed, clients view samples and make final selections, and stone and material choices are locked in so long lead times do not push the finish date. For projects in municipalities requiring a building permit, the company handles every submission, inspection, and approval, a process that can take four to six weeks. HOA approvals are also managed, with the client providing only a lot survey and HOA request form. Crews work on several projects at once, with different trades cycling through, and the project developer communicates the construction schedule by email or phone before the first crew arrives and weekly thereafter. Finished work carries a one-year written warranty.

The business is located on Lonesome Dove Drive, about 0.1 miles from Mc Alpin Road and 0.3 miles from South 14th Street. South Prong Creek is roughly 0.8 miles away, Mount Peak Elementary School about a mile, and Hi-View Ranch Lake about 1.3 miles.

Customers describe the team as transparent, professional, and responsive, and reviews highlight attention to detail, quality materials, and workmanship. One reviewer noted the company stands behind its work and handles issues as they arise.

For Midlothian homeowners planning a pool, patio, or full backyard build, Texas Patios Plus pairs a single point of contact with a written warranty on the finished project.
