The business was founded by an owner who learned the trade from his uncle, working part-time as a high school freshman before transitioning to full-time work. After 15 years of learning the business, he started his own company, initially using tools loaned by his uncle and eventually building a fleet of trucks. The owner emphasizes two core principles taught by his uncle: always making the customer happy and buying the best equipment. Rather than renting machinery like some competitors, Best Choice Tree Service invests in its own tools and larger trucks to handle jobs efficiently. The team focuses on resolving problems immediately and staying on site until the work is completed correctly and the customer is satisfied. This approach has led to strong customer loyalty, with the owner noting that clients who meet the team tend to remain loyal. The company has been serving the Houston area for 11 years, building its reputation on dedication and the quality of its equipment.

The location sits on Downs Ln, about a quarter mile from Parker Road and the Eastex Freeway Frontage Road. It is also roughly a quarter mile from Hall Park Detention Basin and Warren Park, with the Eastex Freeway and its HOV lanes located nearby.

Best Choice Tree Service holds a rating of 4.90 based on customer reviews. This positive feedback reflects the satisfaction of clients who have used its services for tree removal, trimming, and stump grinding in the Houston area.
