Construction, irrigation, and maintenance are all completed in-house by its own team, and the company works with new construction as well as site improvements. The business holds a rating of 4.10 from 51 reviews.

Prestonwood describes its mission as being the standard by which commercial landscape companies are measured, with client satisfaction placed first and a customer-focused experience built over more than 20 years. The company sets measurable outcomes when it takes over a property and states that it is reliable, detailed, trained, and proactive in communication, operating with integrity on every client property. It reports investing in the education, growth, and improvement of its team. Its stated values center on quality of life for clients and team alike and a servant attitude. The company has worked with Holt Lunsford Commercial for more than 15 years, and a managing principal there has described Prestonwood as fair, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, noting that the properties it services always look wonderful.

The business is located on Round Table Drive in Dallas, about a quarter mile from Elm Fork Greenbelt and roughly a third of a mile from Regal Row. The Dallas County Elections Training Center sits about a third of a mile away, the Dallas County Elections Department about four tenths of a mile, and the Elm Fork Trinity River about half a mile from the property.

Prestonwood's work is backed by a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it and a steady record of repeat and referred customers, including a commercial property relationship spanning more than 15 years. For commercial property owners and managers across Dallas, that combination of in-house construction, irrigation, and maintenance crews, alongside long-standing client relationships, is what the company brings to landscaping work in the city.
