Violet Crown Austin Landscaping and Designs

Violet Crown Austin Landscaping and Designs is a landscaping company in Austin, Texas. It is a family-owned, design-build landscape firm, meaning the same team that creates a custom landscape design also installs it, with every project completed by in-house crews rather than subcontractors. The company serves homeowners and commercial clients across Austin and the surrounding areas, handling everything from a single garden bed refresh to a full property renovation. Work includes residential and commercial landscape design and installation, hardscaping such as patios, walkways, retaining walls and poured concrete driveways, decks and verandas, garden design, outdoor living spaces with outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, water features, landscape lighting, irrigation systems, and rainwater collection systems. The company holds a rating of 4.90. Design work begins with a site walk that examines drainage, sun exposure, existing plants and soil before any design work starts, and each plan is built around the property's real conditions and how the client wants to use the space. Violet Crown uses CAD and 3D rendering so clients can see a design before installation begins. Hardscaping, lighting and irrigation are planned together as one connected design, and plant selections account for Austin's clay soil, seasonal water restrictions, and native and adapted plants suited to Central Texas summers. The company also handles permitting questions during the design process for projects such as retaining walls above a certain height, drainage or grading changes, and some irrigation installations. Clients have described the team as professional and easy to communicate with. The business is located on Nutty Brown Road, about 0.3 miles from Bear Creek and The PREP School of Dripping Springs, roughly half a mile from WellMed, and about 0.6 miles from West US Highway 290. The Belterra Recreation Center is about 0.7 miles away. Violet Crown is family owned and operated, founded in Austin, and has earned a 4.90 rating from the customers who have reviewed it.
