Armstrong Locksmith operates out of a real storefront with professional key cutting and programming equipment, not a dispatch operation. Led by owner Rahim Ezzadpanah, the shop is built around confirming the situation first, explaining options, and doing clean work before charging. The shop holds Tennessee license #406. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the shop is closed on Sunday. Customers can walk in during posted hours, call (615) 625-8000, or book online.

The shop sits on Thompson Lane, a short walk from Saint Edwards School and Saint Edwards Catholic Church and School, and about a tenth of a mile from Foster Avenue. The Thompson Lane Branch of the Nashville Public Library is roughly two-tenths of a mile away, and Coleman Park Community Center is nearby as well.
