Amprite Electric Company

Amprite Electric Company is an electrician in Nashville, TN, serving commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities across Middle Tennessee. The company has been in operation since 1961, handling electrical repair, installation, and construction work. It maintains a 4.80 rating across 15 reviews and provides 24/7 emergency electrical response through a dedicated dispatch system. Services reach the greater Nashville area and include service and repair, equipment installations and upgrades, facility maintenance, infrared scanning and testing, arc flash studies, and full-scope construction projects.

The company organizes its work around four departments. The Service Department handles reactive calls, equipment installations, and scheduled preventative maintenance, assigning each maintenance customer a primary service technician to build familiarity with their facility's systems. Maintenance clients also receive priority response during emergencies and can choose monthly or quarterly visit schedules. A separate Construction Department handles ground-up builds, tenant build-outs, renovations, and facility upgrades, including in-house low voltage and structured cabling installation, working alongside owners, engineers, and general contractors.

The infrared testing division uses FLIR cameras and ITC-certified electricians to perform thermal imaging, arc flash surveys, electrical load studies, and in-house reporting that can satisfy insurance or rebate requirements. All non-destructive testing is carried out by Journeyman Electricians using Arc-Flash-rated PPE. The facility sits on Rep. John Lewis Way S.

With more than six decades of continuous operation serving Middle Tennessee and a track record of customer satisfaction reflected in its reviews, Amprite Electric Company remains one of the longest-established commercial and industrial electrical contractors in the Nashville area.
