The cocktail list includes a rotating monthly feature, such as the Belafonte Breeze, made with grapefruit-infused vodka, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit cordial, fresh lemon, and simple syrup, named for the research vessel in The Life Aquatic and the painting hanging inside the restaurant.
