Employees who interact with residents are trained yearly on Fair Housing, and the company supports continuing education: conventional property managers are encouraged to maintain their Property Manager's license and participate in their local apartment association, while tax credit, Section 8 and Rural Development staff attend SAHMA and USRDA conferences and pursue accreditations including FHC, CPO/ACPO, NAHP, NAHP-e and SHCM. Staff are trained in EIV, REAC inspections and MORs, and compliance personnel keep HUD, Rural Development and Tax Credit procedures current.
