Upstate Portable Buildings & Cabins

Upstate Portable Buildings & Cabins is a portable building manufacturer in Wellford, SC. The company sells storage sheds and portable buildings, along with trailers, and keeps both in stock at its Wellford lot. Every building is customizable: doors, windows, and roll-up openings can be added, removed, or moved from their standard placement, as long as the change does not compromise the structure. Rent-to-own is available on 36- or 48-month contracts with no credit check, and a small security deposit or first month's rent is all that is due to have a building delivered. Delivery and set-up are free within 50 miles of the lot.

Buildings are sprayed with a colored urethane coating and carry a 50-year siding warranty. Floor joists are 2x6 and set into notched 4x6 ground skids, garages use 3/4-inch tongue-and-groove flooring, and truss plates reinforce doors and trusses. Standard wooden doors are 70 inches wide and double-opening. The rent-to-own plan is presented as an alternative to mini-warehousing, with monthly rates comparable per square foot, and all rent-to-own payments include Basic RTO Payment Protection Plans. Buyers can shop online or at the dealership.

The lot sits on Spartanburg Highway, about 0.2 miles from Jimmies Creek and 0.6 miles from Startex FD Station 29. Wellford Academy of Science and Technology is roughly 0.7 miles away, and Warren H Abernathy Highway is about 0.8 miles from the location.
