Game Kastle Greenville

Game Kastle Greenville is a game store in Taylors, SC. It carries one of the largest selections of gaming products in the area, spanning classic and esoteric titles: a large board game section covering war scenarios and thematic puzzlers, a deep range of role-playing games including independent and small press releases, and miniature war games such as Warhammer 40K, Warhammer Fantasy Battles, and Warmachine, alongside 15mm Ancients figures, Flames of War, other 15mm WWII games, and imported figures that are hard to find elsewhere. The store holds a 4.40 rating from 167 reviews.

A large portion of the store is given over to play space, with tables for open gaming and drop-ins encouraged. Terrain is available for miniature players, along with a miniature building table stocked with supplies. The store hosts regular tournaments, demos, and drafts, including Magic: The Gathering trading card tournaments, with events every week. Drinks and snacks are sold on site, and the gaming rooms are clean and well lit. Staff are passionate about the hobby, offer recommendations on new board games, help with rolling up a D&D character or building a Warhammer army, and can sometimes be found joining games and assisting new players. Well behaved children are welcome, and the store is described as a place to meet new players.

The store sits on Wade Hampton Boulevard, about a tenth of a mile from that main road. The UPS Store is roughly 0.3 miles away, as is Chick Springs Summary Court. Prisma Health Urgent Care is about 0.4 miles away and Elite Integrated Therapy about 0.5 miles, with the Mayfair Estates neighborhood around 0.6 miles off.

Game Kastle Greenville has built a solid reputation among the customers it has served and an established track record across a large base of customer reviews. For tabletop players around Taylors, that combination of a deep product selection and a standing invitation to sit down and play is what the store is known for.
