Advanced Therapy Solutions Kids! Mountainside is an occupational therapist in Taylors, SC. It is part of Advanced Therapy Solutions, an independent, therapist-owned outpatient provider of physical and occupational therapy founded in 2003 by Dillen Hartley, OT, and Niel Visser, PT, and headquartered in Spartanburg. The practice is among the few in SC offering both adult and pediatric physical and occupational therapy, and it receives referrals from more than 70 referral sources across the Upstate and from out of state. It holds a rating of 4.90.

The practice describes a patient-centered, solution-driven approach in which therapists have the freedom to practice for optimal outcomes, drawing on assistive technologies, new techniques and collaboration with strategic partners. Its clinicians use manual therapy influenced by Maitland, Cyriax, McKenzie and Mulligan, including joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue mobilization and neurodynamics. Treatment follows evidence- and research-based guidelines for pre- and post-operative orthopedic procedures, covering joints of the upper and lower extremities and the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. The practice also fits orthotics to support alignment of the foot, ankle and lower extremities. Its spine care begins with a comprehensive evaluation on the first visit and an individualized program built around the patient's needs and functional goals, combining manual therapy with a therapeutic exercise progression, and it works closely with referring physicians. Therapists also teach patients how to prevent injuries and manage ongoing musculoskeletal problems.

The clinic sits on Old Spartanburg Road, about a tenth of a mile from the road of the same name and roughly two tenths of a mile from East North Street and Brushy Creek. Brushy Creek Soccer Complex is about two tenths of a mile away, and Pavilion Ice Rink is roughly six tenths of a mile from the location.

A 4.90 rating reflects a positive response from the customers who have reviewed the practice.
