TekReplay

TekReplay is an electronics store in Simpsonville, SC, specializing in refurbished Apple devices including MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, and Apple Watches. The business sells directly to consumers and also operates a fleet buyback program for schools and companies looking to liquidate their Apple hardware. It serves families, students, and small businesses with renewed technology priced below new retail, and holds a rating of 5.00 based on 222 customer reviews.

The company has spent eighteen years selling refurbished Apple devices through major online marketplaces and live selling channels, which gives its buyback team real-time visibility into what each model and grade actually sells for. Quotes are built model by model and grade by grade, and every shipment is followed by a reconciliation report listing each device, its assigned condition grade, and its final value. If a device arrives in a different grade than quoted, the reason is shared before payment is processed. On the retail side, every device is inspected, tested, repaired, cleaned, and graded before sale, and each purchase includes a one-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. Customers can choose from three condition tiers: Premium (like-new with at least 90% battery health), Excellent (minimal wear with at least 80% battery health), and Good (visible wear with at least 80% battery health). Since founding, the company reports diverting nearly 1.45 million pounds of e-waste from landfills, an environmental impact it compares to planting almost 5 million trees.

The retail location sits on Woodruff Road, near South Highway 14, roughly a tenth of a mile from Sabre Stadium and about a fifth of a mile from Southside Christian School, with Little Gilder Creek within half a mile.

With a perfect rating across 222 reviews and nearly two decades focused solely on refurbished Apple hardware, TekReplay stands as one of the most established dedicated Apple refurbishers serving the Simpsonville area.
