If customers do not find what they need in the yards or online, the team assists by sourcing it for them. The business is a licensed grower for most major plant brands and launched its own line, Gardener’s Confidence®, in 2006, featuring more than 70 patented and trademarked plants.

The inventory includes fast, high-impact seasonal color for beds and containers, reliable naturalizing bulbs, and evergreen structure for screening and texture. Offerings also cover low-maintenance ground covers for massing, bulk and bagged mulches and soils, and shade or flowering trees. Vertical interest plants are available for trellises and fences. As a wholesale distributor, MNI Direct provides tailored pricing for professional customers, with inventory levels marked as in stock, low quantity, or available to quote.

The business holds a strong local reputation, reflected in consistently high customer ratings and a steady record of repeat and referred customers.
