Founded in 2012 by Jennifer Nicely, Pinnacle Real Estate Academy is a female-owned institution offering licensing courses for SC, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Jennifer Nicely is the owner and CEO. She is a nationally recognized real estate educator, keynote speaker, TV co-host, and author whose career in real estate began in 2004. She holds real estate licenses in multiple states and serves as the current President of the Real Estate Educators Association. She is a member of the Sea Haven Board of Directors since 2014 and participates in the SC Real Estate Commission’s Education Taskforce and Continuing Education Committee, the SC Realtors Association’s Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, and serves as State Liaison for the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is the founding President of SC’s first Women’s Council of Realtors Network, WCR Grand Strand. Her accolades include the 2022 Realtor Image Award, 2022 Real Estate Educators Association President’s Award, 2023 WCR Grand Strand Leader of the Year Award, 2023 REEA Community Service Award, and 2023 REEA Member of the Year Award. She founded the National Real Estate Educator’s Library and co-hosts Getting Real with Real Estate.
