Myrtle Beach Rental Pros L.LC

Myrtle Beach Rental Pros L.L.C is a vacation home rental agency in Myrtle Beach, SC. The company manages short-term rentals and provides the services that keep them running, including full-service vacation home rental management, Airbnb turnover cleaning, and property maintenance. Its maintenance offerings cover preventative maintenance, basic operational inspection and care, repairs and servicing, seasonal preparations, emergency assistance, guest support, and full-scale remodeling and updating, along with security camera and smart lock installation. Lawn and exterior care includes weekly mowing, edging, blow-off of hard surfaces, weed control, fertilization, spring and fall property cleanups, leaf removal, seasonal mulch installation and reapplication, and power washing. The company also handles guest check-outs, provides local guest contact, and offers a vacation rental linen program supplying sheets and towels, plus guest amenities and toiletries and rental items such as full-size cribs, car seats, high chairs, and roll-away beds, delivered and set up before arrival.

The team developed its management, cleaning, and maintenance services with what it describes as an owner mentality, since its own staff manage and own short-term rentals themselves. Turnover cleaning is handled by trained specialized turnover staff, with scrutiny and constant inspections intended to keep quality consistent. Monthly property maintenance programs and monthly inspections are built around a dedicated maintenance schedule meant to head off costly problems, and the company provides 24/7 help when an emergency arises. It also assists owners of aging properties with remodels, punch lists of repairs, and getting a rental back online. Its services extend to booking platforms, security deposits, and rental contracts.

Myrtle Beach Rental Pros L.L.C works with owners who want to be completely hands off as well as those who want a partner to help run a smooth vacation rental business, whether the property is a rustic cottage or a suburban home.
