Eagle Hospitality Interiors, LLC is a construction company in Myrtle Beach, SC. Founded in August 2003, the firm began as an FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) installation company and has since grown into a full-service commercial interiors provider handling design, procurement, renovation, installation, and overall project management. EHI serves property owners, hotel brands, designers, and builders, coordinating directly with manufacturers and shipping companies to move projects from initial concept through finished installation. Their work covers both new construction and the renovation of existing structures, with the scope ranging from large-scale renovations of multi-property hotel portfolios down to small boutique projects.

The firm is led by Ken Pruett and Charlotte Dennis. Ken started in the hospitality interiors industry in 1997 along the Eastern Seaboard and Coastal SC, and has now led EHI for over 16 years. He is a United States Navy veteran who studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bluefield College. Charlotte is a lifelong Carolina Lowcountry resident who grew up working in her mother's design-build firm in Myrtle Beach and has spent nearly two decades in commercial interior design in Charleston. Her background includes interior design, product selection, procurement, installation, and project management, and she has handled renovations of up to 500 rooms. She joined EHI exclusively in 2018, and several of her long-term clients followed her to the company. EHI's construction services include demolition, repair and prep, installation of bathroom and kitchen components, electrical updates, and the full receipt and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. On the design and procurement side, the team sources products locally, across the United States, and worldwide, attends national design and furniture shows, tours manufacturing facilities, and creates custom pieces. Charlotte is a graduate of the College of Charleston.

Eagle Hospitality Interiors is based in Myrtle Beach and has maintained long-term working relationships with clients such as Charlestowne Hotels since 2009. Their combination of construction capability, in-house design, and hands-on procurement keeps hotel and commercial renovations moving from initial scope through final punch list under one roof.
