Will Fixit Solutions

Will Fixit Solutions is a computer repair service in Mt Pleasant, SC. The shop handles laptops, desktops and Macs, covering cracked screens, battery replacements, boot failures, viruses and slow performance, with many repairs turned around the same day. Data recovery is a core specialty: failed drives, deleted files, dead SSDs and water-damaged disks are recovered in-house, including jobs other shops have declined, with recovered files verified and returned on new media. The business also sets up and maintains servers, Wi-Fi, security and automatic off-site backups for homes and growing businesses. Service covers homes and businesses across greater Charleston, through on-site visits or drop-in at the Mount Pleasant shop. Every job begins with a free diagnosis and a fixed quote before any work starts, and the shop operates on a no-fix-no-fee basis backed by a workmanship warranty.

The process is deliberately plain: customers book online or bring a device to the shop, technicians identify the actual fault rather than guessing, and explain it in plain English. Nothing is charged until the customer approves the fixed quote. Work is done in-house and stress-tested to confirm the repair holds, and devices are collected or dropped back. For data recovery, customers can bring a device in or post it, and choose the turnaround speed that suits them. The shop also publishes plain-language guidance on computer health and data safety, including early warning signs of a failing hard drive and what the first minutes after data loss mean for recovery odds. Most jobs are diagnosed within the hour.

Will Fixit Solutions is located on Hungryneck Boulevard in Mount Pleasant.

Customers describe the shop as responsive and honest, citing recoveries of photos from laptops other shops had written off, same-day fixes on gaming PCs with clear explanations of what went wrong, and ongoing network and backup support for local offices.
