It features large indoor and outdoor climate controlled play areas where dogs interact from morning to night. The business is locally owned and operated by Brittany Marrazzo, who has over 17 years of experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. All staff members are trained and certified in Pet CPR and First Aid, and they undergo training in Dog Language and Group Play through The Dog Handler Academy courses. New daycare clients must be at least 12 weeks of age with three distemper/parvo shots. Due to the high activity level of the facility, the center does not accept new senior dogs 12 years and older. For dogs intended for overnight boarding, the center requires at least three half days of daycare to allow for a slow introduction to the environment. All dogs must be spayed or neutered if they are over 6 months of age, and they must be on heart-worm and flea/tick prevention. Daycare drop-offs and pickups are available anytime. Packages of 5, 10, 20, and 30 days are available for half and full days. Tours are offered Sundays from 12pm to 1pm. The facility does not overcrowd and stops accepting new clients when at capacity. A waitlist for daycare is approximately six months long. Grooming appointments are available within one to two weeks. Paws in Paradise holds a 4.20 rating based on 134 reviews.
