Programs include Parent & Me classes for infants and toddlers aged 3 months to 3 years, small group lessons for children ages 3 to 12, private instruction starting as early as age 2, and a Developmental Swim Team for proficient swimmers. The curriculum focuses on a unique 1-6 timing rhythm, training feet and legs first to establish efficient kicking before integrating arm movements. This method, which received copyright protection from the United States Library of Congress in 2008, aims to create subconscious muscle memory for natural swimming strokes. Instructors are certified by the Director of Training and Development before teaching the proprietary system. Classes are limited to five students to ensure personalized attention, and progress is documented through report cards issued at the end of each session. Lessons last 30 to 40 minutes depending on the class and age group. Parents can observe classes from an observation room with one-way glass to avoid distracting their children. The facility welcomes families to Family Swim Nights on Saturdays and Sundays for additional practice. The school operates on a rolling monthly schedule, allowing students to join at any time.
