Coastal Stone Flooring was founded by Serena and Luke Wilson in Mount Pleasant, SC. The company draws on decades of industry knowledge from Serena’s father, Russell Masetta, the founder of Nature Stone®, which has specialized in stone and epoxy flooring for over 30 years. Serena and Luke spent years working within that business, mastering the installation process and carrying forward values of integrity and quality workmanship. The flooring system uses hand-selected, all-natural river stones and a patent-pending epoxy. The material is hand-troweled over existing concrete to create a durable surface that allows moisture to pass through, preventing the bubbling and chipping common with traditional epoxy paints.

The floors are designed to perform in the Southeast’s climate and are resistant to damage from moisture, dampness, or flooding. They do not crack, pit, or deteriorate over time. Maintenance involves vacuuming for everyday dust and using common household cleaners or mopping for spills. The floors can be walked on within 24 hours of installation, though driving on garage floors is recommended only after seven days. The company offers custom designs, including logos, and incorporates an antimicrobial agent to inhibit mold and mildew growth. Installation is not recommended for severely broken or structurally unsound concrete.
