Haylei is a licensed massage therapist and intuitive bodyworker whose approach blends therapeutic skill with grounded intuition. She specializes in treating chronic tension, TMJ relief, neck and back pain, and headaches, with trauma-informed support. She became an LMT after her own healing journey, after realizing the body holds what the mind cannot process and that the nervous system lives in the tissue. Clients describe her as finding the places others miss and being patient with stubborn spots. The name reflects the Greek words for soul or mind and body; the work aims to bring the two back into harmony. Sessions offer space to slow down, intuitive touch, permission to release, and a sense of lightness as the body unwinds. The practice welcomes anyone regardless of ethnicity, gender, religious affiliation, or background, and is considered a safe and inclusive space for all individuals.
