Founder Jacqui McGuinness began her career in radio in Massachusetts, worked in public relations for a natural history museum, and in marketing for the Worcester, MA Telegram before moving into events management. She worked with ASM Global at the opening teams of the Broward County/Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center and the Rhode Island Convention Center, and was recruited by InterNet Services Corporation in Charlotte, where she built an events team that managed more than 70 city-wide conventions over a six-year period. She founded JBM & Associates in Charleston, SC in 2001, starting with the annual Charleston Boat Show and launching the Savannah Boat Show the following year. Jacqui is a past President of the National Association of Consumer Shows and past VP of the Greenville Professional Women's Forum, and is part of the mentor team for NextGen Greenville. Debbie joined in 2007 and is now Vice President of Operations, handling sponsorships, floor plans, budgets, logistics, promotions, contracts, and show details. Chelsea, a Greenville native, began as an intern and joined full-time in 2018 as a Sales & Event Manager.
