Ironology Health Solutions is a wellness program in Greenville, SC, focused on supplements for iron disorders. The company makes two core products: Ferritin Boost, for iron deficiency with or without anemia, and Iron Block, for hemochromatosis iron overload. Ferritin Boost is taken daily for at least 90 days to help raise ferritin levels and replenish iron stores, using a chelated form of iron plus vitamin C, vitamin A and a proprietary complex. Iron Block is taken with meals to impair iron absorption from food, allowing more freedom to eat high-iron foods and beverages, and also works to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. Both products carry the Iron Disorders Institute's Seal of Recommendation. Ironology also offers an iron panel test customers can order online, visit a local lab for, and receive results from.

Ironology was launched in January 2018 by Ronnetta Griffin, who is certified by the Iron Disorders Institute as an Iron Educator and serves on the organization's Board of Directors as its spokesperson for iron deficiency anemia. She founded the company with Cheryl Garrison, the Institute's Executive Director, after years of struggling with severe iron deficiency herself. Her sons, Thomas and Teddy, now hold leadership roles; Thomas serves as President of Operations, overseeing fulfillment, operations and product development, and is a Clemson University graduate. The company's team of certified Iron educators has nearly 60 years of combined experience studying iron, and each member has personally dealt with an iron disorder.

The products are made in the United States at a GMP-certified, family owned and operated manufacturing facility near Greenville, SC, where Ironology is headquartered. A PhD chemist and biologist are on site, ingredients are tested before manufacturing, and each finished product is tested afterward.
