Easlan Management Co is a property management company in Greenville, SC. Since 1987, the firm has managed multi-family housing across the Southeast, handling Class-A, Class-B, and Class-C properties - including communities with conventional and HUD-insured loans - for clients ranging from small family investors to large institutional investors. Over its history, Easlan Management Company (EMC) has managed properties in five states and 16 cities and handled the lease-up of more than 10,000 units. Michael D. Holmes founded the company in 1987 and has served as its President since inception. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from Furman University in 1975 and spent 1975 to 1987 with the U.S. Shelter Corporation in roles spanning property management accounting, acquisitions due diligence, and asset management. In 2023 he was inducted into the SC Apartments Association Hall of Fame, and in 2024 into the National Apartment Association Hall of Fame. He holds broker licenses in North Carolina and Georgia and serves as Broker-in-Charge in SC. Sally Garza oversees all facets of property operations in SC and North Carolina and has been in the multifamily industry for more than 24 years, having joined Easlan in 1990; she has helped lease up more than 11 new apartment communities. Communities in the portfolio include Pelham Place North and Pelham Place South in Greenville, the Vinings Brushy Creek in Greer, Alera West in Columbia, the Reserve at River Walk, Keoway Village Apartments near Seneca and Clemson, 10 Newbridge in North Asheville, and the Cottages of Anderson tiny-home community in Anderson.

The office sits on Independence Point, about a tenth of a mile from Independence Corporate Park Pond and the Blue Metal Abstract public artwork, a short walk from Huntington Lake, and roughly half a mile from Roper Mountain Road.
