David Thornton supports the operation as a bioprocess engineer with ten years of experience in biofuels and brewery design. Thornton has constructed twenty-six biodiesel and ethanol facilities worldwide and launched several brewery related businesses that provide essential brewing ingredients to breweries in the southeast. He also coordinated the sustainable biofuels program at Clemson University and has taught the science of beer for over three years.

The Greenville location features a brewery and beer garden, complementing the taproom in downtown Anderson. The venue hosts a variety of events including a September Brews and Books Club, a Collab Jam, and a Songwriter Showcase. Regular programming features Songwriter Sunday, Open Mic Night on Mondays, and Improv and Music Night with a Karaoke after party. Musicians interested in booking are encouraged to perform at the Monday Open Mic with their three best songs and speak with David behind the bar to get on the calendar.
