North American Drivers and Packers handle the physical moving, using protective coverings for the home and belongings. They prepare a detailed inventory, label every carton and piece of furniture with coded stickers, and load the inventory into the van. The driver provides a Bill of Lading, which serves as the shipping contract authorizing transport.

Customers receive an Inventory & Condition Report that records each item and any existing damage. The driver and customer sign this form to verify the condition of items prior to moving. The driver contacts the customer at least 24 hours before expected arrival to confirm delivery. Upon arrival, the crew reassembles any disassembled items. The business also operates climate-controlled warehouses equipped with a 24-hour alarm system. They are listed as proud movers for the Brookgreen Gardens American Masters Sculpture Collection.
