Brazilian jiu-jitsu training progresses through seven positional chapters, including Mount, Side Mount, Guard, Half Guard, Back Mount, Leg Locks, and Standing, preparing participants to defend against common street attacks.

Student testimonials highlight the school’s impact on confidence and behavior. Parents report that children become more coordinated, respectful, and expressive. The school also engages students in monthly service-learning projects, such as beach sweeps and animal shelter supply drives, to reinforce community values. Monthly "mat chats" address topics like nutrition, first aid, and anger management. The environment is described as clean, safe, and cooperative, fostering friendships and stress relief.
