Water and sewer are billed monthly via RUBS and vary by usage. Utilities are not included in base rent unless explicitly stated. Routine maintenance requests may be submitted through the Resident Portal. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Renewal offers are sent approximately 90 days prior to lease expiration through the Resident Portal. A 60-day written notice is required if a resident chooses not to renew.
