Reagan Aesthetics

Reagan Aesthetics is a medical spa in Charleston, SC, specializing in full facial balancing with natural results. The practice offers a range of preventative aesthetic treatments, including Botox, fillers, PRF, Sculptra, and Radiesse. Rather than treating the face in parts, the team approaches it as a whole, tailoring each treatment plan to the patient's individual facial structure. The medical spa is owned and founded by a Physician Associate and serves clients in downtown Charleston.

The practice is led by Alfia, a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School who has lived in Russia, Germany, the Czech Republic, and China, and has called Charleston home for six years with her husband and daughter. Michaela Minga, RN, brings a background in nursing to her work as an aesthetic injector, drawn to aesthetics through her own experience as a patient. The team educates clients on their specific treatments so they understand exactly what they are receiving and why, and states that it stands by aesthetic results without jeopardizing client health, using the safest techniques possible. Services include microneedling, PRF, filler, and Botox, along with membership options that accumulate dues as credit toward treatments.

Reagan Aesthetics is located at 177 Meeting St. Ste 302 in downtown Charleston.

Clients describe thorough explanations before treatment, attention to detail, and results that enhance rather than alter their appearance. Reviewers note the office is clean and comfortable, and several mention trusting the injectors with their faces after initial apprehension. One long-time client credits Alfia with never steering her wrong across multiple treatments and touch-ups, while another describes her as honest, professional, and courteous, with an eye for artful enhancements.

For patients in downtown Charleston seeking facial balancing and injectable treatments delivered with an educational, anatomy-focused approach, Reagan Aesthetics pairs medical training with a natural-results philosophy.
