A specialized Groomer's Helper tool helps maintain control of the pet on the grooming table. For pets requiring dedicated attention and minimal waiting time, a VIP Treatment option is available, which is particularly beneficial for dogs prone to anxiety or brachycephalic breeds such as French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, Pugs, and Boxers.

Vaccination records are required prior to appointments. Puppies under 16 weeks must have received at least two rounds of starter vaccines covering distemper, hepatitis, and parvovirus, with a 24-hour gap between the final vaccination and the grooming session. Cats require vaccinations for parvovirus, herpesvirus type-1, and calicivirus. The groomers are trained to handle various special needs and sensitivities, working with owners to ensure a positive experience. Costs vary based on the type, size, and breed of the pet, as well as the specific services required.
