Founded in 1968 by Dr. Roy Nickles, Lowcountry Dermatology was one of the first dermatology practices in Charleston. Dr. Nickles worked in solo practice until Dr. Sandra Hannegan joined in 2000, and he retired in 2003. Dr. Hannegan and Dr. Cynthia Wilson are board-certified specialists who have offered services in Charleston for over 20 years.
