The fitness amenities are housed at the Park Club, located at 715 Island Park Drive, while the main clubhouse sits at 600 Island Park Drive. Aquatics, fitness, and tennis are grouped together at the Park Club, alongside The Cabana, an outdoor covered dining venue, and a stage used for live entertainment. Members also have access to the broader club's year-round offerings, which include 36 holes of golf, six pickleball courts, two resort-style swimming pools, and multiple dining facilities. The fitness center shares the property with the Beresford Creek course, a Tom Fazio-designed Par 72 playing 7,195 yards from the championship tees, and the Ralston Creek course, also a Par 72 at 7,446 yards, designed by Rees Jones and named after Daniel Island's second 18-hole layout. The fitness center holds a rating of 5.00 based on 13 reviews.

The Park Club sits on Island Park Drive within roughly a quarter mile of Fallen Oak Park, with Daniel Island Park, Beresford Creek, and Balfour Park all within about a third of a mile, and the Ralston Creek course just under half a mile away. Guests and members using the fitness and tennis facilities are expected to follow the club's dress code, which calls for appropriate tennis or workout attire on the courts and fitness areas, including collared shirts for men and closed-toed shoes, with running shoes prohibited on clay courts and discouraged on the hard and pickleball courts.

As part of a private club with 36 holes of championship golf, six pickleball courts, and two resort-style pools, the fitness center benefits from the club's longstanding presence on Daniel Island. The combination of fitness, aquatics, tennis, and dining under one membership makes it a well-rounded amenity for residents of the island community in Charleston.
