Many team members have served customers for 10 to 25 years. The company states that its smaller size allows it to maintain high quality standards and stay current with surveying technology. It uses Total Stations, Data Collectors, GPS Receivers, Robotic Stations, surveying software and drones, and its CAD technicians work in both print and digital formats. Alongside these tools, the team continues to handle classic surveying tasks such as uncovering boundary monuments, determining building and property heights, and understanding land topography. The firm pledges to serve every client with efficiency, quality, and integrity, and it asks the right questions to provide the best service on each job. Surveying Consultants has built a solid reputation among the customers it has served. For landowners in Bluffton and the surrounding Beaufort County area, that record of accurate surveys and plats, delivered by a firm that has worked the Lowcountry since 1983, is the measure of what the company brings to a property.
