The company was founded by Stacy Martin, who moved from Philadelphia to Williamsport and spent four and a half years as a logistics professional with MedSpeed before starting VanHaulers Co. During that earlier work, Martin was personally chosen to transport a high-value X-Ray machine for UPMC Williamsport, a job that drew specific praise from the client for the care taken in securing the equipment. VanHaulers Co maintains working relationships with brokers and shippers through load boards and direct broker partnerships, and operates with real-time tracking and responsive communication throughout each shipment.

The office sits on Lycoming Creek Road, about nine tenths of a mile from Hepburn Lycoming Primary School and roughly the same distance from State Route 973 East, with Lycoming Creek within half a mile and the intersection of Lycoming Creek Road and Beautys Run Road a short distance to the south. It holds a five-star rating from customers who have reviewed it.

For brokers and shippers in Lycoming County needing time-sensitive cargo van transport, VanHaulers Co pairs same-day capability with a Williamsport base and a track record earned through healthcare logistics.
