The company's own venues include the Atrium at the Cira Centre, a modern space with city views suited to contemporary weddings, and The Olde Bar in Old City, a more intimate setting housed in a historic landmark. Beyond its own rooms, Garces Events works with a roster of preferred and exclusive venues and caters at addresses chosen by the client, including private homes and restaurants. Past clients have praised the food, the attentiveness of the waitstaff, and the team's communication throughout planning and execution.

The catering operation is based at 125 Walnut St, in the heart of Old City. The office sits along Walnut Street and South 2nd Street, a short walk from Welcome Park and the William Penn statue, and roughly a tenth of a mile from City Tavern and South Front Street.

Garces Events pairs a chef-driven menu with a wide venue portfolio and off-site catering, giving clients in Philadelphia and across the tri-state region a single point of contact for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations.
