The business was founded by Mike Flynn and Jeremy Rice, who set three priorities for every service call: dispatching an experienced, professional technician quickly, troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem accurately, and fixing it as effectively and efficiently as possible. Their team holds over 20 years of plumbing industry experience and is licensed to handle the full range of work the company offers. They work on drain repair and replacement, water lines, gas lines, steam lines, vent lines, valves, radiators, and external hose faucets, and they install and service standard and tankless water heaters, including flushing and conversions. Beyond repairs, they handle pipe insulation, heat tape installation, winterizing, water filter and softener installation, well tank replacement, sewer and septic tank location, and sewer inspection, and they bring this same range of work to homeowners planning remodels, renovations, additions, and re-routes.

Customers reach the shop at 611 S Front St in Harrisburg, where the team is available by phone seven days a week.
