Lehigh Rug Service has operated since 1958 and is family-owned and operated. Its cleaning uses a neutral pH process that avoids leaving harsh detergent residue behind, so carpets stay cleaner longer. Delicate Persian, Oriental, and fine area rugs go through a detailed 7-step cleaning process, while upholstery and furniture cleaning follows a 3-step process that includes rinsing and removing the cleaning solution. Carpet bubbles are addressed through professional stretching and repair. Owner Tod Burros runs the business on clear communication, honest recommendations, and work done right the first time, and the team provides a precise 2-hour arrival window with a call ahead. Video estimates are available for specialized services such as carpet stretching and dyeing, including for Android users through streaming software. The company is fully licensed and insured.

The business sits on S Fulton St, about 0.2 miles from Elliott Heights and West Side Park, and roughly 0.3 miles from Lock 41. Mount Airy Park is about 0.4 miles away, Calypso Elementary School and West Broad Street are each about 0.5 miles away.

Lehigh Rug Service is one of the only Dye Masters in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, and it holds a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it. More than 60 years of carpet and rug care in the Lehigh Valley, paired with a family-run approach to Bethlehem-area homes, is what the business is built on.
