The company was founded in 1984 with one truck and a mission to provide reliable refrigeration and HVAC service in Southwestern Oregon. Jim Bergeron started with the business at 19 years old and purchased it in 2013, continuing a legacy of service and community investment. The team of certified professionals has served the area for more than 42 years, with technicians trained across all models of equipment so they can work with the system a customer already has rather than requiring a particular brand. Training is updated regularly to keep units running well for years. Preventative maintenance check-ups are offered to extend equipment life and prevent business downtime.

The business sits on NE Diamond Lake Blvd, about 0.3 miles from Eastwood Park and roughly 0.4 miles from both Eastwood Elementary School and Phoenix School. Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard runs about 0.7 miles away, Commercial Street Park is about 1.5 miles away, and Deer Creek is about 1.6 miles away.

The company's community involvement centers on youth programs throughout Douglas County, including athletics, school activities, FFA, and 4-H, along with Wildlife Safari Dream Night, Roseburg Mat Club, and Toys for Tots.

For Roseburg businesses and homeowners who depend on consistent temperature control, Roseburg Refrigeration Mechanical Contractors brings more than four decades of refrigeration and HVAC experience to the task.
