Happy Tails Pet Center is a pet store in Milwaukie, Oregon, that sells premium pet supplies, natural foods, healthy treats, toys, and grooming products while also offering one-on-one dog grooming by appointment. The store has been serving pet families in Milwaukie and Portland since 1997 and holds a rating of 4.40 from its customer reviews.

Founded in 1997, Happy Tails Pet Center began as a small grooming shop and has grown into a community hub for pets and their people, relocating three times along the way. The shop carries high-quality foods, supplements, treats, and one of the largest frozen food selections in the area, alongside a customer-favorite toy wall packed with options for every kind of chewer or player. While the inventory caters mostly to dogs and cats, select food and supplies for small animals are also available. The team offers nutrition guidance, training advice, and grooming services, and customers can shop online for in-store pickup or same-day local delivery Tuesday through Saturday, with a subscribe-and-save program offering 5 percent off eligible items.

Dog grooming at Happy Tails is a calm, one-on-one experience tailored to each pet's comfort level. The groomers use tools like Happy Hoodies and ear muffs for sound-sensitive dogs, take breaks as needed, and choose shampoos and conditioners based on skin and coat needs, ranging from hypoallergenic and scent-free formulas to deep-clean and coat-specific treatments. Services include full-service styling for dogs under 65 pounds, bath and tidy appointments with face and feet trimming and sanitary care, and full bath and brush-out sessions with blow-out, nail trim, and ear cleaning. The store is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

The store sits at 4370 SE King Road in Milwaukie, on Southeast King Road near its intersection with Southeast 42nd Avenue, about a tenth of a mile from Mail House Plus, and within a quarter mile of the Milwaukie Community Center and the Chapel Theatre.

With nearly three decades of service and a strong local reputation reflected in its reviews, Happy Tails Pet Center remains a fixture for Milwaukie's dog and cat owners looking for nutrition, supplies, and grooming under one roof.
