The business is owned and operated by David Pratt and functions as a local shop rather than a chain or franchise. For automotive clients, they offer name-brand window films including Autobahn, Edge, and Huper Optik. They are an authorized dealer for Oakley and Ray-Ban sunglasses. In addition to vehicle services, they provide window tinting for homes and businesses, traveling up to 100 miles to serve the Klamath Basin and surrounding areas. For auto glass replacements, they work directly with insurance providers to assist with the claims process.

The business also fills rock chips quickly to prevent cracks from spreading across the windshield.
