A language access team provides interpreting and translation, and an Insurance Enrollment team helps people enroll in free or low-cost plans, whether or not they are patients. Mosaic's main clinics eligible for assessment have earned five-star rankings from the Patient Centered Primary Care Home Program, a designation held by less than 5% of Oregon primary care clinics, and the organization received HRSA's Community Health Quality Recognition for ranking among the top 30% of health centers nationally.
