Its commercial locksmiths work on locks, safes, storage rooms, and cabinets, and the company offers assessments and enhancements to a business's security setup, from upgraded locking systems to access control measures. Rekeying is presented as an alternative to replacing a functioning lock: a locksmith changes the tumblers and pins so a new key operates the existing mechanism, inspects the lock's condition, and lubricates it. The company states that parts and labor on each completed job carry a one-year guarantee. It reports more than 12,000 keys made, a 97 percent customer satisfaction rate, and 854,160 miles traveled. Business hours run Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM.
