Dr. Brian Shafer earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1998 and then served in the United States Air Force, practicing general dentistry for three years while stationed at Tinker Air Force Base. He holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and is a lifelong Oklahoma resident. He opened his practice in El Reno in January 2002, making the office a long-standing part of the community. Dr. Shafer and his wife Traci have been married for 24 years, have 10 children, and attend First Baptist Church of El Reno. Through his church, he has helped operate an emergency dental clinic in El Reno for the past three years, and he also serves as a Captain in squadron OK113 of the Civil Air Patrol, with prior involvement in Rotary and the local Chamber of Commerce. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the office closed on weekends.
