Holmco Storage Solutions

Holmco Storage Solutions is a storage facility in Dublin, OH. The locally owned, family-run business has served Dublin and the neighboring communities of Hilliard, Plain City, and Powell since 2019, offering self storage units alongside covered boat storage, outdoor RV storage, and enclosed vehicle storage. The facility accommodates household, business, and seasonal storage needs with a range of unit sizes, drive-up units for easier loading, and outdoor graveled spaces for vehicles, trailers, boats, and RVs. Tenants can rent online, pay their bill through the site, and reach the office by calling (614) 402-0257 and asking for Krista. Holmco Storage Solutions holds a rating of 4.80.

Inside the fenced and gated grounds, every tenant has 24-hour access to their unit, supported by perimeter fencing, gated entry, and 24-hour digital video surveillance. The covered boat storage is designed for Ohio's freeze-thaw winters, with a roof structure that blocks snow, ice, and precipitation and an airflow design intended to prevent hull moisture and mildew. The facility takes pontoon boats, fishing boats, ski boats, and personal watercraft on standard trailers. New tenants can take advantage of a move-in offer of up to two months free, and the staff helps match customers to the right unit size before they commit.

The facility sits on Fishel Drive S, about 0.2 miles from Cosgray Road and 0.3 miles from Dublin-Plain City Road, with Darree Fields park roughly 0.4 miles away and Post Road about 0.9 miles off. South Fork Indian Run runs nearby at approximately 0.4 miles, and Industrial Parkway is around 0.6 miles from the site.

The facility's customer rating speaks to the family-owned approach that sets it apart from the large national storage chains, with tenants served by people who answer the phone directly rather than routing calls through a corporate call center. That direct, neighborly service has been the foundation of the business since it opened its gates in 2019.
