In August 2015, the Samaritan Homeless Clinic was added. In 2017 and 2018, the Five Rivers Greene County Health Center and Star Pediatrics were added in Xenia, Ohio. The Edgemont Campus, constructed at 721 Miami Chapel Road, consolidated the Dental Center, Center for Women's Health, Specialty Clinic, Pediatrics, and Medical Surgical Health Center. The Xenia Campus opened in August 2026, combining Star Pediatrics and the Greene County Health Center. The organization is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n), protected by the Federal Tort Claim Act Program.
