Cloak and Dagger Tattoo Studio

Cloak and Dagger Tattoo Studio is a Tattoo Shop in Dayton, OH, located at 1100 Wilmington Ave. It holds a rating of 4.90 based on customer reviews. The studio opened in 2011 and offers custom tattoos drawn by artists who work in various styles, alongside flash designs. Larger tattoos are scheduled as 8-9 hour sessions with a lunch break. Needles are pre-sterilized single-use, and disposable or stainless steel tubes are sterilized in a Ritter M11 Autoclave after every client. Machines, clip cords, and work surfaces are treated with a cold sterilant and barrier film. Clients are asked to bring a state-issued photo ID, reference material, and clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area. After the session, bandages should be removed and the tattoo washed at home, with Aquaphor ointment applied a couple of times a day for about a week before switching to a white water-based lotion. Drawings are provided at the appointment unless a drawing fee has been paid. The majority of a new tattoo heals in two weeks, and complete healing occurs within four weeks. Swimming and sun exposure should be avoided for two weeks. The studio is primarily appointment only, though walk-ins may be accommodated if spots are open. They do not currently offer piercings, referring clients to Alex at Body Jewel in the Fairfield Commons Mall. Shop hours are Monday through Thursday from 12 PM to 9 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 12 PM to 10 PM.

The studio sits on Wilmington Avenue, a main road in Dayton, Ohio, and is located about a tenth of a mile from Patterson Road. It stands roughly a third of a mile from local landmarks including Horace Mann PreK-8 School and the Patterson Park Health Center.
