The family-owned business provides lawn care and snow removal, with service packages that include spring and fall cleanups, aeration, fertilization, weekly lawn maintenance, shrub and hedge trimming, mulching, weed control, and lawn installations using sod or seed. The company traces its start to 2004, when Tim Pappas began working for Grounds by Coffey and learned the trade before founding Pappas & Co. Landscaping. Tim, the owner, handles the work on customers' properties and has more than 20 years of experience in lawn care. Theresa Pappas manages the office, including scheduling and customer care, and their son Aidan helps when he is home from college.

Three service tiers are offered. Essential Care covers seasonal maintenance: spring and fall cleanups, aeration twice a year, and a fertilization program. Complete Care adds weekly lawn maintenance, shrub and hedge trimming, mulching, aeration, and fertilization. Premium Care includes everything in Complete Care plus winter snow removal and year-round service. Individual services can also be booked on their own. The company keeps office hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday by appointment, and it answers calls during winter storms for emergency snow removal. Customers have reviewed the business, with reviewers noting three years of continuous service, prompt responses to requests, and work on both lawns and bushes.
