Right Way K9 Training

Right Way K9 Training is a pet boarding and dog training business in Berea, Ohio. Training addresses leash reactivity, aggression, fear, anxiety, obedience at all levels, crate training, potty habits, and calm indoor behavior. Puppy programs start as early as 8 weeks old and are recommended for puppies 8 to 20 weeks old. Board and train clients receive one year of unlimited follow-up support, including phone consultations, email guidance, and private follow-up lessons. Daycare and boarding are reserved for dogs the team has trained, whether currently enrolled or past graduates. The business holds a rating of 5.00 from its reviewers. The approach centers on educating owners rather than only training dogs. The team describes itself as an educational institution first and a training company second, using classical and operant conditioning and a balanced approach rooted in behavioral psychology. Every plan is customized to the dog's breed, behavior, personality, and the owner's goals and lifestyle. Each behavior case begins with a detailed intake process, including a phone consultation and behavior questionnaire, followed by a custom training plan and coaching for the owner. Private lessons take place in real-world settings and are paced to the owner's goals, with support available between sessions. The team works on building calm, confident dogs that can handle high-distraction environments, and teaches owners the handling skills and communication techniques to maintain progress at home and in public. Right Way K9 Training is located at 1061 West Bagley Road, Suite B in Berea, Ohio, and is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm seven days a week. Customers describe trainer Matt as an expert who resolved issues including resource guarding, fence climbing, leash pulling, and anxiety, and who remained available by text throughout training. The business holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it.
