Cotter Express Delivery

Cotter Express Delivery is a courier service in Akron, Ohio. It has served all of Ohio for more than twenty years, handling everything from small packages to full truck loads. The company operates around the clock with live dispatch and can meet delivery needs anywhere in the United States, offering car, van, or truckload expedited service. It is part of Cotter Moving and Storage, an Akron company with more than 118 years in business, whose services also include residential and commercial moving, storage, and packing and unpacking.

Cotter Moving and Storage's moving services cover Akron and all of Northeast Ohio. Its crews are trained professionals, and a sales representative knowledgeable in all aspects of the business provides an extensive appraisal of each job along with helpful hints. Drivers and crew select the right packing methods for each item, including proper cartons and packing materials, and the same crew sees a move through from packing to unpacking. Storage options include short-term, regular, long-term, and records storage, in spaces such as 5 by 7 foot and 8 by 10 foot units, in buildings covered for fire and theft. Packing and unpacking services use moving cartons in sizes from 1.0 to 6.0 cubic feet, plus dishpack, mirror, wardrobe, and mattress cartons, unprinted newsprint in 25-pound bundles, and stretch wrap. High-value items must be packed or unpacked by the company's professionals to guarantee coverage.

The business sits on Miami Street, about 0.2 miles from East South Street and 0.3 miles from Wolf Ledges Parkway, the SoDo District, and South Main Street. The Summit County VA Clinic is roughly 0.4 miles away, as is the WAPS-FM tower.

Cotter Express Delivery pairs more than two decades of statewide courier work with the resources of a moving and storage company that has served Akron for over a century.
